I have an obsession with cilantro. My significant other can't stand it and I often wonder why. Cilantro kicks ass and is mandatory in so many flavorful dishes.
It is a very interesting flavor, that's for sure. My bunny adores it, too, which is the main reason I thought I'd try growing it. I love the smell of it, too. When I'd buy a bunch for my bunny, I stick my nose in and SNIFF good and hard.
